Photoxor C1 Toolkit Version 1.7.3 in Beta - Improvements to Tracking and Map

We just released Photoxor C1 Toolkit version 1.7.3 into Beta Testing. This version brings you exciting new features, design improvements and a few fixes.

Interested to explore them now? We continue our public Beta program for this release.

Please feel free to join in. Whilst our internal tests were very promising, there is always a chance that the Beta version might have some flaws. If you find a problem, please let us know to improve the release version of Photoxor Toolkit.

  • Map screen: In Cluster mode overlapping markers fan out for easy selection
  • Tracking screens: Design improvements.

The new main features of version 1.7.0 are:

  • A new Tools slider bringing together Torch, Lightsensor, Timelapse, Compass.
  • Enhanced lightsensor tool, allowing to share readings with nearby devices.
  • Compass tool added.
  • KML / KMZ places import improved.
  • Fixes and some smaller improvements.

Photoxor Timelapse 1.0.1 Released

We just released a new version of Photoxor Timelapse.

If you already use Photoxor C1 Toolkit, then the latest version 1.7.0 also contains the time-lapse calculation features.

This release fixes a number of bugs.

Remote Lightsensor Feature Explained

Photoxor Toolkit provides an advanced Lightsensor functionality which allows to communicate with nearby devices to exchange illuminance readings.

In a studio environment you might want to vary your lighting setup and see how illumination changes. Install Photoxor Toolkit (it's free!) on multiple devices and measure illuminance at various locations, and how it is affected by the setup.

If you purchased extended functionality, please make sure that you use the same Google account for installation on all of your devices, and the functions are available on all of them - no extra cost!
